HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order online anytime, and you can give us a call at 519-621-6988, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow for up to 5-7 business days to process your orders. Once your order is ready and you've requested Ainslie Street Pick-up, a Reids' associate will call you informing you that your order is ready for pick-up. Otherwise it will be delivered and/or shipped to you.
WHAT IS A HOT WEATHER WARNING?
During the summer months, we refrain from shipping chocolate because it can melt. We offer Ainslie Street Pick-up. Local delivery is available to Cambridge, KW, and Guelph.
