HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order online anytime, and you can give us a call at 519-621-6988, Monday - Friday from 9am - 4pm.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to volume, orders will be processed as soon as possible. Please be patient. Order processing may take at least seven days, with additional time for delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DELIVERY IF I'M NOT HOME?
If requested your order will be left at the door. Otherwise it will be delivered to a courier depot if you are not home. For local deliveries (Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo) if the recipient is not present, the product will be left at the door.
